Baked Tilapia with Lemon & Capers

This tart, tangy lemon-caper sauce is the perfect companion for a delicate tilapia filet. The best part of this recipe, it only takes 25 minutes to make, from beginning to end.
Tilapia’s flavor profile is simple. The delicate flakiness of the fish and mild taste is just right for a tangy lemon and caper glaze. Salty capers and a generous serving of roasted garlic transport you to the coastal Mediterranean town of your vacation fantasy. It’s simple and perfect.

Added to a basic salad drizzled with Frulla California Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil (or try our Lemon Infused Olive Oil for extra tartness) and a pinch of salt and pepper, this dish is a healthy, flavorful lunch. For dinner, dress it up and serve over wilted greens or steamed vegetables.
